Defects attributable to Nuki are covered. This includes defects in design, materials or manufacturing. Defects caused by slight negligence on the part of the guarantee holder are also covered. A defective product will be replaced immediately.After internal inspection, a new product of the same or a comparable type or production series will be sent immediately.
