In the "My Account" area you can manage your orders

The statutory right of return for online purchases in the EU is 14 days. Since we want you to be satisfied with our products and test them sufficiently, we allow a total return period of 30 days starting from the receipt of the goods.

Within this period you can return one or more products of your order for a refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the payment method used for your order.

How to cancel and return an order

In the My Account area you can return and cancel an order or even a single item of your order.

1. Go to the "My Account" area in the Nuki Shop and open the item "Orders".
2. Select "View". The details of your order will be displayed.
3. Now click "Return item" and create your return label.

The return is of course free of charge.

Note: You are outside the EU? Please make sure to bring the automatically generated import invoice in printed form to the parcel service when you drop off your package.

Completed orders cannot be changed afterwards.
If you place an order in our online shop, you can cancel it in your user account within 30 minutes of completing the order. To do this, select the order and click on “Cancel order”. All data will then be transferred directly to our logistics partner. This ensures that your order can be dispatched as quickly as possible. Once the order has been completed and payment has been successful, no further changes are possible.

You want to cancel the order and have not received the products yet?

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so in your My Account area.

Your cancellation via the "My Account" area is important. This way we know in advance that you want a refund and will be able to process your refund as soon as possible.

Then please refuse the delivery or use the provided return label to return the products to us free of charge.

When your parcel arrives at our facility you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and can then expect the refund within the following 14 days.

You can also make a partial cancellation of single items

When ordering from our online shop, you can also cancel single products from your order.

To do so, go to the “My account” area and select the items you want to return.

Please note the return period of 30 days for orders in our online shop.

After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days, using the payment method you used for your order.

All products purchased from Nuki may be returned to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt, as long as nothing is missing from the products and provided they are returned to us in an undamaged condition. After this 30-day period, it will no longer be possible to return a product.
