How do I make sure I’m using the latest version of the app?
Activate automatic updates for the Nuki app in your respective app store. This will ensure you are always using the latest version and can benefit from all your Smart Lock’s features. Here’s how you find out which version of the app you are currently using: Nuki App menu (top left) > Help > App Version. -
How can I assign, restrict or revoke access permissions?
You are free to decide whether or not an access permission is granted, when, for whom and for what period of time. Assigning access permissions can be permanent or only active at certain times of the day (e.g. for cleaning staff). You can use the Nuki app to set an expiration date for the permission and deactivate it at any time. You can find detailed information in the user management section.
