New improved mounting plate for the Nuki Smart Lock

At Nuki we always look towards the future. With the help of your valuable customer feedback, we develop new products that facilitate access to your own home, but we also continuously improve existing products. Together with our strong community, we always strive for the best possible product – this also includes small components such as the mounting plate of our Smart Lock.

That’s why we will be supplying the Smart Lock 2.0 with high-quality glass-fibre reinforced mounting plates in the future. The black mounting plates made of thermoplastic polymer have a very high strength and rigidity. In various tests carried out by us, the new plates show better results than the previously used mounting plates made of a zinc alloy.

The new mounting plates (Mounting plate A and B) will initially be delivered with Smart Locks for Euro profile cylinders and Swiss round profile cylinders. Those who still want to rely on the zinc alloy mounting plates can purchase them – while stocks last – from our spare parts shop.
