As a Product Manager (f/m/d) - Digital Services, you are part of the product management team at Nuki. You will continuously coordinate with product managers and business owners regarding technical and commercial framework conditions and feasibility, always keeping the overall product roadmap in mind. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the ongoing development of our digital service portfolio and thus actively shape the future of Nuki.
You plan and manage operational processes in line with the product roadmap and strategic goals, driven by data.
You drive product improvement by actively incorporating the Voice of Customer, as well as continuous market and KPI observation, and derive potential customer and business value from it.
Through close collaboration with the team, you create holistic product concepts and business cases and validate them within the framework of proof of concepts/MVPs, thereby ensuring a consistent UX.
You are in constant exchange with the product managers and business owners and ensure clear and transparent communication of the product roadmap through continuous improvement.
You create and maintain our product documentation in close coordination with product managers and relevant business units.
You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position (in product management or as a product owner in the field of digital solutions), preferably in an agile environment, and have completed higher technical education (University/University of Applied Sciences).
You have a high affinity for using digital media, building as well as maintaining customer relationships.
Growth initiatives and A/B performance tests are a practiced reality for you, and you can derive specific measures from these potential analyses.
You focus on what is possible, go the extra mile, and embrace new challenges.
You show high flexibility and drive for improvement. .
Ideally, you bring knowledge and understanding of consumer businesses and (smart home) technologies.

You get December 24th and 31st as one extra day off (=26 vacation days).

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,455.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
