As a passionate and team-oriented QA / Software Test Engineer (f/m/d), you will  play a central role in our Tech team. You are the interface between product management and development, ensuring that our smart home products function perfectly. Your work is crucial to our success and allows us to stay one step ahead. You are ensuring and improving the quality on an ongoing basis, this gives you the opportunity to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

  • You continuously test our apps and develop test strategies and test scenarios with a focus on automation (e.g., "hardware in the loop").
  • You are responsible for defining and verifying quality criteria for the software and hardware of our smart home products.
  • You identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement and implement them independently.
  • You take care of the documentation and reporting of test results.

Job Requirements

  • You have a completed technical education with a focus on IT (secondary technical school, University, or University of Applied Sciences).
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in testing software products.
  • You have worked with common mobile platforms (primarily Android and iOS, but also WearOS and watchOS).
  • As a technically inclined team player, you have a great interest in smart home technology.
  • You have good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You focus on what is possible, embrace new challenges and go the extra mile.

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 2,854.00 gross per month on a full time basis. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
