Social Media Manager (f/m/d)

In your role as Social Media Manager (f/m/d), you will join our marketing department which currently consists of 25+ enthusiastic marketers. As part of our Brand Marketing team, you will have the chance to be in charge of Nuki’s social media presence. You are passionate about copywriting and love to create engaging content that is relevant to our audiences. Your goal: To create content that our community loves and interacts with to ultimately grow our channels and expand our reach. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

• You are responsible for Nuki’s brand presence across all social media channels. These include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter. 
• On the basis of our annual marketing roadmap and in alignment with our business goals, you will work together with stakeholders like PR, People & Org, and our Customer Support to create a holistic content plan.
• You’ll create, curate and schedule engaging target-group-specific content (video, photo, text) for all our channels in English and German.
• You will review our current social media strategy and KPI framework and make recommendations for improvements based on your experience.
• You monitor the industry, uncover the latest social media trends and evaluate their relevance for our brand.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably working at a start-up, scale-up, agency, media house or in retail and a degree in (online) marketing, journalism, or similar. 
• You have a proven track record of successfully growing social media channels.
• You are open towards innovation and (smart home) technology and are able to produce target-group-specific content, especially video content.
• You have an eye for design and a good knowledge of photo and video editing software.
• You have solid copywriting skills in German and Englisch and understand how to engage our target audience.
• Ideally, you have an understanding of other marketing areas (online advertising, e-commerce, UX, PR) and knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing.
• You have a communicative personality, enjoy working with different stakeholders and don’t shy away from actively getting involved.
• You are creative, organized and eager to take ownership of your area of responsibility.

• Active further development is very important to us. We will support your personal and professional development in the office and outside at conferences, seminars or by sponsoring special literature and also offer German and English courses.

• You have a free choice of your computer and operating system (Win/Mac/Linux) and can also use your company smartphone privately if you wish to do so.

• You get December 24th and 31st as one extra day off (=26 vacation days).

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,455.00 per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
