Before you start with us, we will keep in touch with you. You’ll get your own personal website beforehand with insights about your first days at work, information about your team and much more. This way, you know exactly what to expect with us.
Your buddy will welcome you on the first day and accompany you for your first few weeks. Each buddy has been with Nuki for some time and has all the key insider info – like who’s always available for an after-work drink, who to avoid before their first coffee, or what the “dumpling challenge” is all about.
In your first few days, you’ll learn more about our vision, what makes our products so simple, smart and secure, and which ideas have made it onto our tech roadmap – all over a welcome coffee. You’ll also see how your role impacts our customer and operations journey.
A hands-on mentality is very important to us. That’s why you spend your first day in the customer’s shoes. You put the hardware and app of our products to use yourself, get to know the most practical features and discuss what we could improve on with other Nuki newcomers.
Over your first few weeks and months, you’ll receive vigorous support to help you settle comfortably into your new team and tasks. With that in mind, we set smart goals together in regular feedback meetings and use your fresh insights to uncover any blind spots.
