In this position, we are looking for an extroverted self-starter who will accompany candidates throughout the whole application process and prepare them for the next career step at Nuki. Additionally, you will be an ambassador to the outside world when it comes to employer branding activities.

Your Role

  • Handling of the recruiting process with the support of our state-of-the-art recruiting tool
  • Collaboration in the ongoing development of our recruiting process
  • Support of the executives as a real sparring partner in all HR matters
  • Active participation in our employer branding activities (e.g. career fairs)
  • Cooperation in the conception of training courses and trainings
  • Support with various HR projects

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training (ideally with a focus on human resources)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting (preferably with a personnel consultant and/or in an international company)
  • Ideally initial experience in sourcing candidates via social media channels (active search)
  • High implementation strength and independent working style
  • Committed, open and communicative personality
  • Passion for human resources
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 2,782.00 gross per month. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
