As a Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to actively shape the future success of Nuki using the know-how you bring to the table. You will be responsible for scaling our infrastructure and redefining our build and delivery pipeline. In this role, you will join our small Ops team, will report directly to the Lead IT Operations and will work also closely with our software testing team.

Your Role

  • Scale our existing cloud infrastructure for future demands using orchestration and automation
  • Replace and maintain existing linux based systems - such as web servers, software load balancers and no(Sql) databases
  • Improve monitoring and alerting of deployed Nuki applications together with our tech leads
  • Develop CI/CD strategies for cloud hosted applications and our Nuki products
  • Define, automate, maintain, and monitor our build, delivery, automated testing and deployment processes
  • Implement automated quality gates in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Support the growing Nuki team with office infrastructure management and support tasks (Win/Mac/Lin)

Job Requirements

  • Technical background in IT and at least three years professional experience as a DevOps engineer, system engineer or software developer
  • Linux system administration skills and an “open source mindset”
  • Relevant experience in handling scripting languages such as bash, PHP, perl, python or JavaScript
  • Experience with scaling services and Microsoft Azure DevOps as CI-Pipeline and understanding about automating software tests for web applications would be an advantage
  • Ideally, you have already worked on the setup, documentation and rollout of new processes in ISO 27001 certified tech organizations

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 3,419.00 gross per month. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
