As Technical Customer Service Expert (f/m/d) at Nuki you are an important part of our mission to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience. In this position, you will be an important point of contact between product management and the tech department and work together with the team to optimize our products and services. You will act as a creative and analytical problem solver who is passionate about communicating with customers, used to thinking complex and solving problems simply, so our customers receive an excellent experience in your care.
You support the technical support team in 2nd level troubleshooting and tickethandling in the hardware and software area
You are responsible for the pre-qualification and analysis of 3rd level tickets as well as for weekly support reviews with the product managers and platform leads
You support us in continuously expanding our knowledge database by writing contributions
You translate technically complex topics into simple, understandable solutions for our customers
If necessary, you proactively contact our customers to obtain further information for the solution of customer requests
You make suggestions for developments to continuously improve the customer experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in technical support (ideally in the private customer sector)
You have a completed education in the field of technology (HTL, University, University of applied sciences (FH))
You have already acquired basic knowledge of programming, network infrastructures and mobile OS (Android, iOS) and have a high affinity for smart home and digital services
Ideally, you have already worked with tools such as Confluence, Azure and Zendesk
Analytical thinking, structured approach as well as a friendly and customer-oriented appearance characterize you
You have very good German and English skills, Spanish skills are an advantage

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 2,470.00 gross per month. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
