As a Purchasing Specialist (f/m/d) you will have the opportunity to actively shape the future of our operations unit. You will be responsible for operational purchasing as well as for maintaining and building relationships with existing and new partners in the supply chain area. In this role, you will be reporting to the Production & Purchasing Lead and will be in close coordination with other teams in the company.

Your Role

  • Operational purchasing of components and products (ordering, transport, deadline and quantity tracking)
  • Requirements planning and inventory management
  • Preparation and maintenance of production documents and forecasts
  • Project procurement of technical components
  • Support in optimising current supply chain processes
  • Data maintenance in SAP
  • Reporting and monitoring of KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Completed higher technical and economical education (HTL/TU/University of Applied Sciences)
  • Enthusiasm for the area of production & logistics
  • Cross-system and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and readiness to learn
  • Independent, analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel (10%)

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 2,850.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement. Willingness to overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
