You are responsible for the operational and strategic product management of our international D2C shop, its tools and the ecommerce processes accompanying it by aligning with the relevant stakeholders
You ensure continuous improvement by actively involving the voice of the customer and working data-driven to derive actions for our customer needs
By working closely with product managers, product owners and the development team, you create concepts and validate them through proof of concepts / MVPs and/or A/B tests to further refine the customer experience
You create and maintain our product documentation in close coordination with the relevant business units and product managers
You are familiar with data-driven ecommerce processes and tools to identify potential performance and usability bottlenecks and know how to address them from a technical perspective
The customer’s view and the checkout funnel are your home ground and you live and breathe the opportunities that customer feedback and data gives you in order to improve your product and its surrounding processes and workflows
You are familiar with WooCommerce or a similar ecommerce platform and understand the challenges dealing with an increasing number of visitors for an internal shop and know how to constantly improve on them
You communicate clearly and effectively and have a structured, self-dependent and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
Ideally, you have knowledge and understanding of consumer business and (smart home) technologies

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 3,190.00 gross per month on a full time basis. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
