How do I register for the Nuki bonus programme?

How do the bonus levels work exactly?
The bonus level is calculated automatically. The basis for the calculation is the Nuki Pro Shop sales volume over the last 12 months. Moving up a level is visible at the latest 24 hours after the last completed order in your Nuki Pro account. Discounts resulting from the respective bonus level are automatically deducted when you order in the Pro Shop. If there is no order for one year, the bonus level expires. -
What happens if my sales vary strongly?
The basis for the calculation for the bonus level is the Nuki Pro Shop sales volume over the last 12 months. We look at the cumulative sales over an entire year. So even a strongly varying sales volume doesn’t have any effect.
