General information on transactions:
You can find transactions from our payment provider on your bank statement under the description “Stichting Mollie Payments”, “Stg Mollie Payments” or “Mollie* Nuki Home Solutions”. Transactions can be called up here.
Additional information for payment via Credit Card:
With us, you can pay comfortably and securely by credit card. Your credit card information is encrypted by SSL process. Through this high level of security, you can be assured that payment by credit card with us is safe and secure.
Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express SafeKey enable highly secure processing of credit card transactions over the Internet, using a special encryption method. Your added benefit comes from the fact that you need not install any additional software on your computer. Both registered for Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express SafeKey customers, and non-registered customers, will be automatically redirected to the page of your bank upon payment.
For Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express SafeKey activated customers, you will be greeted with your self-imposed personal salutation and asked to confirm the payment amount with their personal PIN on the website of your bank.
For customers not registered with Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code and American Express SafeKey, you can also access the website from your personal bank. Only a one-time enrollment is necessary for all future purchases. On the webpages of your bank, you will be asked to familiarize yourself with the conditions imposed by your bank’s security questions. You will then be asked to set your user-configurable PIN and a personalized message for future use. The remaining steps are then activated for the customer.
Additional information for payment via SOFORT Banking:
SOFORT Banking represents a fast, TÜV-certified system for online payments. You just enter your IBAN/BIC, submit your online banking credentials and enter a valid TAN. SOFORT (also known as Pay now) is available to customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

You can also make a purchase via PayPal. You must select PayPal as your payment method and then at the end of the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log into to your account and confirm your payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can sign in as a guest, or create new PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.
Additional information about paying with Bancontact:
Bancontact is a payment method that is widely used in Belgium and works in a similar way to iDEAL. In order to be able to process the transaction, a bank Bancontact card is required. The transaction itself is carried out like a normal bank transfer through online banking. Bancontact is available to customers from Belgium.
Additional information about paying with iDEAL:
iDEAL is a payment method from the Netherlands and requires a Dutch IBAN. The payment processing is based on a bank transfer, whereby the amount and recipient details are already filled out. iDEAL is available to customers from the Netherlands.
Additional information about paying with Apple Pay:
Apple Pay is a payment method for Apple devices that enables users to store various debit, Maestro or credit cards. The processing takes place using a dedicated device account number. When paying, neither the card number nor transaction data is ever stored on your device or on Apple servers.
Additional information about paying with EPS:
EPS is a payment method that was jointly developed by several Austrian banks to enable payments in online shops without using a credit card. The payments are made via online banking. EPS is available to customers from Austria.
Additional information about paying with Giropay:
Giropay is supported by over 1,500 banks in Germany and allows online payments to be made without a credit card. Giropay is available to customers from Germany.
Additional information about paying with Przelewy24 (P24):
Przelewy24 enables online purchases to be made via bank transfer with the added protection of the 3D secure process. Przelewy24 is available to customers from Poland.
Additional information about paying with MyBank:
MyBank is supported by over 140 banks and was developed in Italy. Online purchases are made via a real-time transfer. MyBank is available to customers from Italy.
