• Which services are included in the Nuki Smart Hosting Standard package?

  Using partner integrations
  Integrations with our partners like Airbnb, Smoobu, Guesty, BookingSync, Octorate and eviivo can only be used with Nuki Smart Hosting. Link your PMS and Nuki Web account in Nuki Web. To do this, log into your Nuki Web account and click on “Short-term rental” on the left-hand side. There you can select the desired partners and click on “Connect”.
  
  Using the Short Rental API
  With the Short Rental API, developers and software providers can integrate Nuki devices directly into their booking processes.
  
  Premium Support
  Your request will be prioritized by the Nuki Support Team. We’ll get back to you within 3 hours during our business hours. There is a special contact form in your Nuki account for this. This area is protected by your personal login details. More info
  
  3-year warranty (Nuki Guarantee Plus)
  With Nuki Guarantee Plus we offer you a 3-year warranty extension for your Nuki Smart Lock. At the time of the claim, you must be an active Nuki Smart Hosting customer. In addition to slight negligence, material and manufacturing defects are also covered. More info
  
  Immediate product replacement
  If your device is damaged, we will send you a new one before we even receive the defective product. In this way, we reduce your waiting time so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of digital key handover.
  
  15 % discount on Nuki accessories
  This applies to Nuki Bridge, Nuki Keypad, Nuki Fob, Nuki Opener, Nuki Door Sensor, Nuki Power Pack, Nuki Universal Cylinder. Not applicable to Keypad 2.0.

• What services are included in the Smart Hosting Business package?

  You will benefit from all the advantages of the Smart Hosting Standard package as well as the following benefits:
  
  Product leasing
  With the Business package you can also lease our Nuki products. For this, you will have to order at least 50 Smart Locks and undergo a credit rating. The term of the product leasing is at least 24 months.
  
  Personal support
  Once you have purchased a Business package, you will be assigned a Key Account Manager.
  
  Introductory meeting
  Would you like to know how Nuki can support you best? We will take time for you and your personal concerns. In a virtual appointment you will be trained by experts and learn the best way to use the Nuki Web account, including helpful tips and tricks.
  
  Employee training
  During employee training, you and your employees will receive all the important basic information about our products. This training is divided into the following 5 modules:

  • Product training
  • Smart Hosting Integrations
  • Nuki Web
  • Security
  • FAQs

  Each module lasts about 30 minutes and is offered in German and English.
  
  Service Level Agreement
  With our Service Level Agreement, we provide binding commitments to our IT availability, service and support times and compensate you if we fail to meet them.
  
  

• Do I need the Smart Hosting Service to use a Smart Lock for short-term rentals?

  No. You can also use Nuki’s smart access solutions without the Smart Hosting Service for the rental of your holiday accommodation. Without Smart Hosting you can send digital access permissions to your guests manually using your smartphone or via Nuki Web. However, you cannot integrate the Smart Lock with Airbnb, Smoobu, Guesty and other PMS systems to automate the process.

• Where can I manage, change and cancel my services?

  You can find all the information in your Nuki account under “My Services”. That is where you can change, manage and cancel your services. This area is protected by your personal login details (username and password). You can cancel Nuki Smart Hosting at any time and continue using the services until the end of your billing period – in the case of monthly billing until the last day of the month, in the case of annual billing until the end of the 12 months.

• I have multiple Smart Locks. Does a Smart Hosting Service package cover all devices?

  No. You will need a separate Smart Hosting Service Package for each Smart Lock you want to integrate with a partner system.
