We will inform you via email when your order leaves our shipping depot. In this email you also get your tracking number, with which you can track your package on the website of our delivery service partner.

If your package has still not arrived one week after you got the confirmation email, contact our customer service. We will check the whereabouts of your package. Also check with your neighbours if your package was delivered to them.
