During first pairing, the CISA DOMO Lock will be activated with the Smart Door Button, so a pairing will be set up between the devices.
If you need to unmount only the Smart Door Button, you should perform a factory reset in order to deactivate and unpair the device.
Installation of a different Smart Door Button on a lock already activated
If you install a new Smart Door Button without performing the deactivation with the previous, the new Smart Door will not work immediately.
To start using it, you need to open the Nuki App and pair the smartphone with the new Smart Door Button.
The activation phase will fail, because the Button was previously associated to a different Smart Door and, in order to complete the activation, you should contact the Nuki support providing the Nuki device ID.
You can read the Nuki device ID in the label applied to the door frame or in the Connection Status screen, if the Smart Door is still available in your Nuki app on your smartphone.
The Nuki customer support will provide you a Deactivation Code. By entering this code, you will be able to complete the deactivation procedure and afterwards activate the new Smart Door.
