As a Product Manager - Digital Services (f/m/d), you are part of the product management team at Nuki. You will continuously coordinate with product managers and business owners while driving the product roadmap. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the ongoing development of our digital service portfolio and thus actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

• You closely monitor the performance of our digital services portfolio to derive potential optimizations.
• You drive product improvement by actively incorporating the Voice of Customer and continuous market observation to deliver customer and business value.
• You create product concepts aligned with our business owners and validate them through proof of concepts and MVPs while ensuring a consistent UX.
• You plan and manage the operational processes in line with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
• You constantly exchange information with the product managers and business owners to ensure clear and transparent communication of the product roadmap.
• You create and maintain our product documentation in close coordination with product managers and relevant business units.

Your qualifications

• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position (in product management or as a product owner in digital solutions), preferably in an agile environment, and have completed higher technical education (University/University of Applied Sciences).
• You have a high affinity for using digital media, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Growth initiatives and A/B performance tests are a practiced reality for you, and you can derive specific measures from these potential analyses.
• You focus on what is possible, go the extra mile, and embrace new challenges.
• You show high flexibility and drive for improvement.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge and understanding of consumer businesses and (smart home) technologies.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in) for a full-time position. Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
