Keyless self check-in
Follow the steps below to easily unlock and lock the door(s) of your booked accommodation.
Unlocking methods
Select the unlocking method according to the information in your invitation message:
Unlock via entry code
When you arrive at the door
- Look for the Keypad that is positioned near the door.
- Type in the provided 6-digit code.
- The door will automatically unlock.
Unlock and lock via weblink
For unlocking and locking via weblink, you will need an active mobile internet connection on your smartphone when at the accommodation.
When you arrive at the door
- Enable location services on your smartphone. Unlocking/locking only possible when in close proximity to the door. Enabling location services is necessary for the Nuki App as validation.
- Open the link sent to you by your host.
Unlock and lock via app
Before your trip
- Open the invitation message on your smartphone.
- Download the Nuki App.
- Redeem the invitation code Valid for 48 hours,
redeemable once. granting you access.
When you arrive at the door
- Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Open the Nuki App.
- You can also lock via app.
Access the property
When you arrive at the main entrance
- Ring the bell belonging to your accommodation.
- Open the door when buzzer unlocks automatically for you.
Unlock and lock during your stay
You can always lock or unlock the door from the inside by turning the Smart Lock knob by hand.
Please make sure to lock the door when you leave, if your host hasn’t instructed you otherwise. When unsure, please ask your host how to proceed.
