Head of Finance (f/m/d)

As Head of Finance (f/m/d) you will make sure that Nuki’s long term business success is backed up by a strong financial background, that there is legal compliance and that the quality of our team and our culture remain a competitive advantage. You will be member of the management team at Nuki, where you will embrace your leadership skills and actively bring in your experience to steer the company’s strategy and processes. This will give you the chance to drive our strong growth and actively shape the future of Nuki.

• You lead the teams of Finance, Legal and People & Org, both professionally and disciplinary. 
• You develop and oversee the financial strategy and provide commercial support to the CEO, the board and investors.
• You take over full P&L oversight, financial control framework and working capital optimization.
• You lead the investment strategy and manage the financial relationships with third party investors and financial due diligence relating to M&A activity.
• You manage the budgeting & forecasting cycle and financial planning & analysis to inform strategic decision making.
• You take care of organizational & leadership development as well as change management in general.
• You actively participate in measures to improve the employee experience and our (internal and external) employer branding.
• You keep the focus of our growth ambitions on the most promising opportunities.

• You have at least 10 years of experience in a leading position in an international and dynamic company environment and at least 3 years of experience in managing multiple teams.
• You bring a strong financial background or prior experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Head of HR.
• You characterized by your commercial and strategic mindset with prior experience in fundraising or M&A.
• You have high credibility in dealing with third party investors and banks.
• You bring previous work experience in a scale-up or fast growing brand and can identify with Nukis’ culture.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills (in both English and German), further language skills (FR/ES/IT/NL) are an advantage.
• You have strong leadership skills.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 4.032,00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement. Willingness to overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
