As a Product Owner - eCommerce & Internal Tools (f/m/d), you will be an integral part of our eCommerce & Internal Tools team at Nuki. You will oversee our Website and Online Shop, a critical element for our customers, as well as tools that are developed for internal use. Your primary goal is to extract and create user stories from concepts and coordinate with other product owners and development teams to ensure technical feasibility, while also ensuring alignment with the overall product and platform roadmap. These responsibilities, among others, will give you the opportunity to actively shape the future of Nuki.
Your role
- You coordinate the product backlog and plan the derived sprints and releases in coordination with the development team, the product managers, and other stakeholders.
- You ensure clear and transparent communication of the sprint and release goals and are responsible for consistent monitoring and reporting.
- You write User Stories based on concepts.
- You actively collect and evaluate the Voice of Customer to identify further opportunities for improvement.
- You create and maintain our product and platform documentation in close collaboration with the relevant business units and product managers.
- You strive to maximize the value produced by the team and ensure that User Stories comply with the ‘Definition of Ready’ and ‘Definition of Done.’
- You are responsible for the entire development process and regularly analyze progress to identify performance, velocity, and potential areas for improvement.
- You consider and appropriately plan for proper testing time before deploying in respective sprints.
Your qualifications
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position working in an agile environment and a completed higher technical education (University/University of Applied Sciences).
- You bring relevant experience leading sprint teams and organizing sprint plans based on yearly and quarterly roadmaps.
- You have a high sense of quality and support your knowledge with the relevant data and KPIs.
- Ideally, you know and understand consumer businesses and (smart home) technologies.
- You focus on what is possible, take ownership, and go the extra mile.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3.843,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
