As a Growth Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will be an important part of our Marketing Growth team. You will be responsible for setting up and managing tracking systems and analytics tools to ensure reliable data collection across all digital touchpoints. Your work will focus on analyzing user behavior, customer journeys, and marketing performance to generate actionable insights that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. With your strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear recommendations, you will help optimize growth initiatives and actively shape Nuki's future data-driven development.

Your Role.

  • You manage tracking systems and analytics tools like Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to track user behavior across digital touchpoints.
  • You monitor and ensure data accuracy by validating tracking setups, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity across platforms.
  • You analyze user behavior and customer journeys to identify trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.
  • You create and maintain dashboards for key metrics like acquisition, retention, and conversion to support data-driven decision-making.
  • You support A/B testing by analyzing results and evaluating impact on key performance indicators.
  • You conduct customer segmentation to enable targeted marketing based on behavior and engagement.
  • You collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to align tracking and growth initiatives.
  • You deliver actionable insights by translating data analysis into clear recommendations to optimize growth.
  • You perform forecasting and predictive analytics to support planning and identify future growth opportunities.
  • You leverage AI tools to streamline analysis, anomaly detection, segmentation, experimentation, forecasting, and workflows, improving efficiency and enabling faster, scalable insights.

Job Requirements.

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in digital, growth, or marketing analytics within tech or scale-up environments; a degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
  • You can translate complex data into actionable growth insights that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • You demonstrate a deep understanding of data layers, analytical tools (e.g., GA4), and tracking systems within GDPR compliance.
  • You have proficiency in building and utilizing BI dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Metabase) to visualize and clarify complex data.
  • You have strong analytical expertise in funnels, customer journeys, and segmentation, with experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation.
  • You use Excel/Google Sheets confidently; SQL and AI-powered analytics tools are a strong plus.
  • You think strategically, keep the bigger picture in mind, and understand the interdependencies between marketing channels.
  • You understand key digital growth metrics and how data drives marketing and product decisions.
  • You are fluent in English; additional language proficiency, such as German, is highly valued.
  • You are a self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
