The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. All details are displayed on the respective product detail page in the Nuki online shop.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order leaves our shipping depot. This email will also include your tracking number, which you can use to follow your package on our delivery partner’s website.

In order to deliver your Nuki products as soon as possible, we reserve the right to divide your order in partial deliveries.

If your order includes items that are currently not available, we will send you the available items first and the missing items will be delivered as soon as they are available.

We will take care of the additional shipping costs.

We will inform you via email when your order leaves our shipping depot. In this email you also get your tracking number, with which you can track your package on the website of our delivery service partner.

If your package has still not arrived one week after you got the confirmation email, contact our customer service. We will check the whereabouts of your package. Also check with your neighbours if your package was delivered to them.
