To ensure the protection of our customers, we do not publish, discuss or confirm any security issues until we have investigated and resolved the issue, if any, and corresponding security updates are available to all customers.

At Nuki, the security of your smart home is our highest priority. We are committed to keeping your devices secure against evolving cyber threats. We guarantee to provide free software and security updates for all our connectable products for a minimum period of 5 years from the date the product is first introduced to the market. During this defined support period, we will actively monitor for vulnerabilities and release security patches to ensure your device remains protected.
