FAQ
Customers who received or previously activated a Nuki Premium activation code will retain full access to all associated Premium features for the entire lifetime of their Smart Lock. This access remains tied to the originally purchased device and is non-transferable, except when the Smart Lock is replaced by Nuki under a valid warranty; in such cases, access will be transferred to the replacement device. Selected former Nuki Premium features are now included with the one-time purchase of a Nuki Smart Lock, giving new customers more value at no additional cost. As these included features no longer require a subscription, no new activation codes will be issued. Activation codes that were already redeemed remain valid without limitation. Codes that were not redeemed before December 2025 are no longer required and will automatically expire. Nuki reserves the right to adapt or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
