As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be an important part of our Performance Marketing team. You will lead the strategy and execution of Amazon Ads campaigns and other marketplaces to drive performance and growth. Your tasks will include optimizing product listings, such as writing strong titles, bullet points, and A+ Content, as well as analyzing data to improve visibility, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). With your mix of analytical thinking and creativity, you will help improve our marketplace performance and have the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.
Your role
- You develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on Marketplace Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP).
- You manage and continuously optimize campaigns, driving efficiency in spend, ACOS, and ROAS across all ad types.
- You run regular A/B tests on creatives, ad placements, and copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- You take ownership of product listing optimization by conducting keyword research, improving content and backend search terms.
- You collaborate with the design team to create high-converting assets like product images, A+ Content, and storefronts.
- You analyze campaign and listing performance data to generate actionable insights, and share these reports with stakeholders.
- You monitor both organic and paid performance to identify growth opportunities and strengthen overall account health.
- You stay up to date with Amazon platform changes, new ad features, and best practices in marketplace advertising.
Your qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads, and hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to meet or exceed key performance indicators such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and CVR.
- You are experienced in product listing optimization, including keyword research and creating compelling content.
- You are proficient in using the Amazon Ads Console and Amazon DSP, as well as tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar platforms.
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with Google Sheets and data visualization or reporting tools.
- You have a solid understanding of Amazon’s retail ecosystem, including FBA, Buy Box dynamics, and product detail page optimization.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
- You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,843,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
