All revenue figures are exclusive of VAT. The determining factor is the cumulative annual revenue of paid orders within the current 12-month period.
Your bonus level secures your discounts for full 12 months from the first paid order and automatically extends for another year once the required annual revenue is achieved. In the event of inactivity or if you do not reach the target revenue, you will be downgraded by one level after the 12 months have expired. If you remain in Level 0 for 12 months without placing an order, your Pro account, including your store locator listing, will be deactivated.
