As an Operations Specialist (f/m/d), you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of materials and maintaining top-quality purchasing processes. You will coordinate orders, manage transportation, and consistently track delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations. Working closely with both the logistics and purchasing team, you will be the go-to person for all aspects of inventory management. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating accurate reports and finding optimal solutions for returns and special cases. Your expertise and dedication will enhance collaboration with both internal and external partners. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

  • You are responsible for the operational purchasing of components and products (orders, transportation, scheduling, and quantity tracking). 
  • You will support the logistics and purchasing team in day-to-day business.
  • You will create inventory reports, process (Amazon) returns, and be responsible for stock transfers. 
  • You manage logistics and sales tickets.
  • You take care of delivery reporting and the moderation of store floor meetings.
  • You will handle special cases and coordinate with customer support and fulfillment partners.

Job Requirements

  • You have completed education in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, etc. (apprenticeship, technical college, etc.) and have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience. 
  • You bring experience in processing returns and inventory management, especially in an e-commerce environment. 
  • You have knowledge of transportation processing.
  • You are confident in working with common ERP systems.
  • You bring very good German, and good English skills. 
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, focus on what is possible, and go the extra mile.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 2,396.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
