Senior Production Engineer (f/m/d)

As a Senior Production Engineer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for developing innovative manufacturing and assembly concepts. You will play an active role in the product development process from the beginning and ensure the smooth transition of new product generations into series production. You will ensure close coordination with suppliers to guarantee successful industrialization, thereby contributing to optimizing production costs and product quality. Additionally, you will support the selection of new suppliers and maintain existing partnerships, while leading cross-functional teams, paving the way for future innovations. This gives you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

• You develop manufacturing and assembly concepts and prepare them for investment decisions.
• You actively contribute to the product development process and work according to principles such as DFM, DFA, and FMEA.
• In close collaboration with our suppliers, you are responsible for the industrialization and transition of new product generations into series production.
• You identify and carefully select potential suppliers.
• You monitor production costs and ensure high product quality in series production.
• You maintain and further develop our existing supplier relationships and implement cost-reduction measures.
• You provide technical leadership to project teams and support their successful implementation.

• You have completed a higher technical education (Technical College, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, or a similar field, and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• You are passionate about the field of production and industrialization.
• You have strong implementation skills, take responsibility and are not afraid to go the extra mile.
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You are willing to travel up to 20%.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
