SCRUM Master (f/m/d)

As a SCRUM Master (f/m/d), you will be part of the Product & Tech teams at Nuki. Your Agile mindset and profound skills in the SCRUM framework will enable you to manage and strengthen the collaboration in our Product & Tech teams by following SCRUM principles. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape teamwork and goal achievement while communicating openly with relevant stakeholders and team members. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki. 

• You integrate and convey Agile values and fundamentals, methodologies, and techniques (Scrum, LeSS).
• You coach and support the teams on Agile practices and principles to achieve sprint goals.
• You support responsible parties and stakeholders in Agile projects by being closely involved in communicating and implementing Agile settings, processes, and values.
• You facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enable others to do the same.
• You transfer the learnings from the retrospectives into the departments’ continuous improvement process and pave the way for the further development of the organization.
• You build communicative bridges and promote collaboration and effective communication within and between the teams to ensure ongoing delivery capability.
• You find your way around hybrid, innovative, fast-paced project environments and are adaptable to ongoing change.
• You identify impediments and act accordingly to ensure a productive work environment.
• You shield the team from external distractions and maintain focus on goals.

• You have at least five years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in different Agile settings (Senior Level) and hold Scrum Master certification (LesS Practitioner is a plus).
• You have a high level of proficiency in English and German and are used to communicating in both languages, written and spoken.
• You have a basic technical understanding.
• You are passionate about Agile values and methods, live an Agile mindset and solution-oriented teamwork is part of your daily business.
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility and take initiative.
• You integrate classic project management processes and methods playfully and apply these skills to hybrid environments.
• You show high flexibility and drive for improvement and can motivate others to contribute to reach a common goal.
• You focus on what is possible, go the extra mile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
