As a Sales Manager (f/m/d) at Nuki, you will be part of our B2B Sales Unit and drive our expansion efforts in the DACH region, focusing on B2B Smart Access solutions tailored to the Short-term Rental industry. As part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing and penetrating the market, leveraging our innovative Smart Locks and subscription-based access solutions. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki. 

Your Role

  • You utilize various channels like cold calling, email outreach, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • You assess leads, and conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • You identify and pursue growth pockets within target markets to expand your customer base and revenue streams.
  • You initiate contact with personalized messages, maintain regular communication to nurture relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • You keep accurate records in CRM and collaborate with marketing for lead generation alignment.
  • You influence our product and sales tactics to support our B2B customers by developing a deep understanding of the product and gathering insights from prospect interactions. 
  • You participate in training sessions, and track KPIs for performance evaluation and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • You have a proven track record of at least 3 years of professional experience working in Sales or Business Development.
  • You have a completed bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and German. 
  • You are experienced with CRM software or other sales tools. 
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the vacation rental industry and smart access systems.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and are adaptable to shifting priorities and strategies.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
