No network found

If you use a Wi-Fi with 2.4 GHz signal, but the network is still not found, please set up a hotspot with your mobile phone. Check if the hotspot can be found by your Bridge, during the setup via the Nuki app.
If this is the case, please set up the bridge with this network and stay connected for at least two hours. This is to ensure that the latest firmware can be loaded.
Afterwards, bring the Bridge into maintenance mode again. Now it should be possible to change the network via “Manage Bridge”.
