Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 for knob cylinders – available now!

Nuki News 02.05.2019 | Angela de Monte

A few months ago, we shared our slogan for the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 with you – One Smart Lock for all. We live by this saying and are pleased that the Smart Lock 2.0 is now also compatible for doors with knob cylinders on the inside of the door. We have spent countless hours developing our electronic door lock and have among other features completely redesigned the key adapter for the Smart Lock 2.0. This makes it possible to use an adapter instead of a key to connect the cylinder to the Smart Lock 2.0, forming the basis for Nuki’s extended compatibility.

How does the installation for the knob cylinder work?

If a knob cylinder is fitted to the inside of your door, it must first be removed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Then, when installing the electronic door lock, you can use the fitting knob cylinder adapter instead of the key to install your Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 in just a few simple steps.

Why should I still bother my neighbor to look after my home when my Smart Home can take care of everything on its own when I’m away?
