As a Quality & Support Trainer (f/m/d) at Nuki, you will play an important role in providing our customers with an exceptional service experience. You will define and implement quality standards for our internal and external support team and develop a modern training concept, ensuring excellent training and development opportunities. Creating and managing knowledge documentation is also part of your responsibilities, as well as conducting technical training sessions. Your engaging mindset will help you to present challenging technical content in an exciting and understandable way. With your help, our support agents learn how to handle challenges and present structured solutions. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.
Your Role
- You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving the best possible quality standards in the support team.
- You stay up to date on the latest training software and its implementation.
- You develop a training and quality assurance concept for our internal and external support agents.
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of all trainings (process, soft skill, product) within the customer support team..
- You create training materials and maintain our knowledge documentation.
- You help our leads to develop their teams through ongoing monitoring and processing insights.
- You continuously provide suggestions for improvement to enhance our customers' service experience.
Job Requirements
- You have completed a technical education (Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, etc.) and have at least 2 years of experience in conducting technical trainings in software and/or hardware products.
- You are able to explain complex content in an understandable way.
- You enjoy knowledge transfer and have a good technical understanding.
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in monitoring and maintaining quality standards.
- You have a high affinity for smart home and digital services (apps, Amazon Alexa, Google Home Assistant, Apple Homekit).
- Your strengths are analytical thinking, structured approach, and a performance mindset.
- You focus on what is possible, take ownership and go the extra mile.
- You have excellent communication skills and very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 2,854.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
