Software Developer Internal Tools (f/m/d) / Team Lead

As a Software Developer Internal Tools (f/m/d), you will be responsible for developing new tools and improving existing internal processes. Your passion for clean code and your experience in implementing automation processes make you a valuable asset to Nuki. You will also act as a team lead (f/m/d), taking on professional responsibility and supporting your team in making the right decisions and setting priorities. You will play an important role in improving daily business operations and helping our teams work more productively and efficiently. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

• You understand the Nuki system landscape and help improve our systems and processes with your software solutions.
• You communicate with other Nukiteams actively and ensure that they can work efficiently with your software solutions.
• You have an overview of the software solutions under your responsibility and develop a strategy for reusability and efficiency in implementation.
• You take on technical responsibility for an interdisciplinary team and closely work together with a People Lead who covers the disciplinary responsibility of your team.
• You plan implementation projects and can provide both planning and content-related support.

• You have at least five years of professional experience as a software developer and have already gained (technical & professional) leadership responsibility and project management skills.
• You are able to solve complex technical challenges and enjoy working on innovative solutions.
• You can analyze existing code in C#, Python, and Kotlin and are interested in transitioning our internal tools to a unified and modern language such as Go.
• You document your projects and are happy to share the resulting improvements with other developers.
• You have a solid knowledge of API development and databases.
• You have experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One.
• You enjoy taking responsibility & making decisions, and are characterized by your strong growth mindset.

Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role. This amounts to € 3,455.00 gross per month on a full time basis. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. This position is open for applications in Graz.
