As a Customer Care Consultant (f/m/d), you will be part of the Customer Support team at Nuki. You will communicate directly with our B2B customers and support them with technical inquiries. You will also be working closely with our Product Team to ensure that customer concerns are successfully resolved. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our product portfolio and actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

  • You are the contact person for complex hardware and software-related problems in our product portfolio (e.g. for Smart Door, Nuki Box, services, etc.) for our B2B customers.
  • You are responsible for escalating customer issues and communicating solutions across various channels such as telephone or email.
  • You play an active part in customer projects and contribute as a technical consultant to the fulfillment of complex customer requests.
  • You process customer inquiries and independently develop solutions as well as software and product presentations for our customers. 
  • You are in direct contact with our product team and share our customers' challenges and needs while taking new markets into account and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • If necessary, you are prepared to support our B2B customers on-site and service or commission our products and their software to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • You improve our internal processes in Customer Support and are responsible for the documentation of software and product solutions.

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position (in technical support or similar areas) and have completed technical training (completed apprenticeship, higher technical college).
  • You have solution- and customer-orientated communication skills and are not afraid to take the initiative to solve challenging situations based on your hands-on mentality and technical know-how.
  • You have experience in working with hardware products and have an affinity for mechatronics and software solutions. 
  • You are familiar with working with customers, particularly in the B2B sector, and are comfortable communicating with them via phone, email, and other channels.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English. 
  • You have the willingness to take on responsibility, constantly drive for improvements, and go the extra mile.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of and an interest in smart home technologies.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
