Update on the Nuki Power Pack sales launch

For all of us, the year 2020 has been shaped by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic – tried-and-tested concepts needed to be rethought, and we were all required to find creative solutions and also limit the way we live. Despite the pandemic, we were of course working away tirelessly for you from our homes and were able to achieve many of our annual goals despite the difficult conditions.

Unfortunately, the long-awaited Nuki Power Pack won’t be making it to us this year – and we are very sorry about that. The Power Pack contains a variety of components from different suppliers, all of which have been affected by the pandemic. This impact has been enormous, especially for international logistics, and unfortunately also noticeable along our entire supply chain. For a while the schedule looked very positive. Right till the very end, we were all optimistic that we would be able to offer the Power Pack in our Nuki Online Shop starting December. Sometimes you can give your all and try everything – and it still doesn’t work out. We know that the demand for our cordless Power Pack is very high and, despite the current situation, we are continuing to work tirelessly to make it available to you as soon as possible in the new year – no later than January 2021.

PS: We came up with an idea to offer a small consolation for our Nuki Club community: Many of you have been eagerly awaiting the Power Pack for weeks and want to redeem your Nuki Club welcome voucher for it. So, as an act of goodwill, we have automatically extended all previously unredeemed welcome vouchers, which would have expired in December 2020, to 31 January 2021 (visible in My Account on the Nuki Club Dashboard).
