Become a Nuki Box partner free of charge. Contact the owner/manager of the relevant building and get yourself access as a registered Nuki Box partner business. As soon as you have access permission as a partner, you and your staff can open all permitted doors within Bluetooth range.

Nuki Web partner access
As a Nuki Box partner you get your own access to Nuki Web for partner businesses, through which you can manage your staff’s access permissions yourself.
Nuki Partner app or Nuki Fob
As a consequence, your staff have the facility to open entrance doors with the Nuki app. If you have no smartphone of your own you can use Nuki Fob instead. Get more information about Nuki Fob here.
Access permission for specific entrance doors
Contact the owner/manager of the relevant buildings and get access permission assigned to you. As soon as you have access permission, you can open the door using the app or Fob within Bluetooth range.

What if my staff don’t have a smartphone?
If you or a member of your staff don’t have a smartphone, the alternative is to unlock the entrance door using a Nuki Fob. This is a small, Bluetooth key fob with which the entrance door can be unlocked without a smartphone. Nuki Fob access permissions can then be managed simply using the Nuki Web app for partners.
