Our insurance partner Europ Assistance will arrange for a certified locksmith to professionally open your front door for you. The insurance will cover all costs incurred for this up to a maximum value of €500 or 800 CHF per insurance claim and calendar year.

  • Where and how can I buy Nuki Care & Protect?

    The service is available in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. You will see it displayed as soon as you add the Smart Lock to your shopping cart in the Nuki Online Shop. The Nuki Care & Protect service is linked directly to your Nuki Smart Lock ID. Of course, you can also purchase the service afterwards. You can find information on this in the Nuki app.
  • Where can I manage my Nuki services?

    An overview of your current Nuki services can be found in your Nuki account. This area is protected by your personal login details (username and password). For Nuki Care & Protect, you pay monthly in advance. Subscription to the service is flexible and can be cancelled every month.
  • How does the 24/7 locksmith insurance work?

    We offer 24/7 locksmith insurance in cooperation with Europ Assistance. In the event of damage, simply call the emergency hotline, which is available 24/7. Our partner will arrange for a certified locksmith to professionally open your front door for you. One insurance claim is covered per calendar year (max. cost of €500 / 800 CHF). Having your front door opened by the locksmith service is included. If your door lock malfunctions, a standard temporary cylinder lock will be installed. You will receive your insurance documents by e-mail once the purchase is completed.

    All our Nuki products have a legal warranty period of 24 months. With Care & Protect, your product will be replaced immediately if you have a complaint. We will immediately send you a new device before we even receive the defective device. Just contact our Nuki Support Team or make a request in your Nuki account.
