If you ever lock yourself out or your Smart Lock stops working, a 24/7 emergency hotline is available with Nuki Care & Protect. Our insurance partner Europ Assistance will arrange for a certified locksmith to professionally open your front door for you. The insurance will cover all costs incurred for this up to a maximum value of €500 or 800 CHF per insurance claim and calendar year.
