What is the Nuki Smart Lock Beta Program?
The program gives you early access to new versions of the Nuki Smart Lock firmware.
The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and further improve the firmware.
Please note that since the public beta version has not yet been officially released, it may contain errors or inaccuracies. It may also be necessary to reset the Smart Lock to factory settings.
Where can I find my device ID?
Please open your Nuki app and tap on the desired Smart Lock. Then open the device settings and select “Features & Configuration” > “General”.
How do I get the beta firmware for my Smart Lock?
After registering your Smart Lock for beta updates via our Nuki Smart Lock Beta Program, the latest beta version will be ready for installation within two business days. Depending on whether you have activated the automatic firmware update, the update will be performed automatically overnight. Learn more.
Can I restore a previously released firmware version?
Your Smart Lock cannot be restored to a previously released firmware version.
Please keep in mind that even if you’ve stopped participating in the Nuki Beta Program, the beta firmware is still installed on your device.
However, after removing your Smart Lock from the beta program, you will only get the public version of the firmware.
How do I provide my feedback to Nuki?
When you experience an issue or something does not work as expected, send your feedback by creating a ticket via the Nuki app (“Help” > “Contact customer support”).
